Text is cut off so you cannot get all the instructions needed. (Quest 3- whis Taziar ?)

Quest 3 is impossible to complete as the mob that is suppose to be in Caemlyn is missing. (I tried and was told same by Taul and Timmee)

Possible Quest 4 is also broken as no Rising Sun I have talked to has been able to complete it.
