Oh so duplicates don't spawn with repop if the key is still zone? Thanks, didn't realise that. Sorry to waste your time then.

Could it be that another key is somewhere in zone still? If it breaks, it's gone and can repop.

Is the room holding chest with Naj key in Orch zone? If yes, there is some issue with the repop. Has happened three times now that the chest does not repop. Old key has also broken and the smob is inaccessible.
