I'm going to guess this is a generic "item in item" type of deal, just like items in backpacks etc.

I did that to test if I could keep my mob's weapon sheathed and therefore save a slot in chest, or if it would take up 2 spots like a rent.

I suppose it may be intentional exactly for that reason, but still sucks for it to eat the foil I just honed :(
