IIRC potion pouches are supposed to weigh the same as the potions used to make them, but some of them haven't been updated.
Teas still have the weight from when they used to be 0.6lbs per potion instead of the 0.1 they are now.
It is a pouch of thready teas.
It weighs 2.4 pounds.
Refresh vials still have the weight from when they used to be 5 vials instead of 3
It is a small pouch of vials.
It weighs 0.5 pounds.
