I don't believe this is intentional.
The last 3 days in a row, twice each day, we've killed headless, then an hour or so later cut repops (closing the door), usually keys repop about this time, so we get keys, go back to headless.. and alamir hasn't popped (or headless).
Have been explicitly advised alamir won't pop if you stay in the smob, so leave the smob.. when we come back, cut has popped again.. but the keys to get into headless haven't.
So then need to wait again for keys to pop, at which point can get into headless again.
