I've redone it and it now works. Tested it with Vivtesttrolloc, you should be good to go. If there's a further issue please email me directly at vivienne(dot)wot(at)gmail(dot)com as my forum visits are sparse and in between.

I see the problem, and it is a coding bug combined with misapplied zone info. It's going to take a bit for me to fix it.
