A few minutes after posting this it happened again where aggros wandered in and I got a log of it this time, it was a lengthy log, so i cut some unnecessary things out of it but the full log is available if you want it. In this case the frightened farmwife likely issued the command give pouch verne, but since i was in combat it would have told her I was too busy to receive your gift (had she been a player)

Within the Sandstone Tunnels
The tunnels take on more of a sandstone base as they begin to curve back
towards the sandstone hills to the east. Small veins of silver shimmer in
the light as a pocket of the precious mineral has been exposed. This
mountain range is rich in silver, which has been mined by the families of
Watch Hill for generations.

Two small bugs i found while doing dynamic events. One is that you lose the reward if a wandering mob enters the room and attacks you right before the quest mob gives you the reward because you cannot receive things while in combat. The same thing also happens if the quest mob wanders out of the room right before it gets to the point where they hand you the reward since you are not there to receive it (posted on this under Accepted bug). Both could easily be solved if the mob dropped the reward instead of handing it to you.

The other bug was specific to the Braem Wood event where it used to give a thin vial of yellow fluid and the ranger still makes a reference to it when talking about not needing it because his weariness is already gone.
