The option for exchanging mantles has to be added, which may take a bit.

It was changed to a mantle recently. Mob probably needs to be updated. Or maybe you tried to turn in one that was a tabard? I had a similar problem with a different clan item at one point.

I exchanged one a couple months ago, and it was a tabard. Maybe it broke if Ghar changed it to mantle?
